I have an 08 LMM and I'm having issues on cold start days (not turned on for a day or so) and when I turn the truck on it "resets" the climate control back to 74 degrees with the AC on and the passenger side on. I'm not sure why it keeps resetting as if it's loosing it memory or something anyone see this before or have any ideas what to check. On the cold start days truck starts right up no hesitation and both batteries are just over a month old.

Also since the batteries were replaced the truck no longer turns the seats on and the head on if its cold outside like it used to. Also when its hot out it doesn't crank the AC. Related or separate issue?

On my 08 gasser the climate control and radio/time would reset on cold start days. This would usually happen when I used the factory remote start. I replaced the battery and the problem went away for now.
As far as turning on the heat or A/C automatically mine only does it when I use the remote start. On hot days it will turn on the A/C right after starting, on cold days the truck typically has to run for a few minutes before it will turn on the heat.

Assuming you mean the truck battery?

Even my seats aren't turning on and its been in the 30's over night. I Guess I need to go back to napa again and have them test the batteries.

I had the same kind of problem and it was fixed with new batteries. Since yours are new maybe just check all connections to make sure they are tight.

So I had my batteries tested by napa and they were ok, the terminals weren't dirty but they hit them with a wire brush and wouldn't you know it I don't have any more issues even though no corrosion or anything like that.
