LML exhaust drone with Corsa muffler

I installed a Corsa dB 8004000 muffler on my LML when I did the full 4" exhaust. Still drones pretty good around 1300-1500 RPM. Anyone have a similar experience? I figured the Corsa muffler would still work well for the LML even though it's listed for 01-10 Duramax.

Any good solutions for this? Anyone running a straight 4" with no drone? I haven't tried running with no muffler but I figured that would be worse. I'd like for it to be quiet inside like it was before the delete.

Pretty sure my buddy randy has full 4 inch mbrp. Ran the muffler then deleted it, he didn't like the drone so he put it back on. I'll ask him how he likes it in cab. It definitely quiets his engine rumble all you hear is a super high pitch turbo whistle.

I have a quite tone front pipe on my lml and it still has a drone...

You could try adding a Flo Pro Twister "muffler". Same idea as the FTE resonator. Seems a lot of the Cummins guys like the FTE. The twister is about half the price but Flo Pro doesn't offer a stainless version like FTE does.

Text my buddy he said that mbrp isn't loud at all in the cab. From the outside it doesn't sound bad but it's different. Very whistley almost restrictive sounding turbo sound. It's deleted with hns tuner and an afe intake

I was running the flow through muffler that came with the 5" Flo Pro kit but wasn't a fan of the cab noise/drone. Pulled it and installed a 30" FTE resonator and I'm much happier. Still lets everyone know when your in its a$$ but much quieter while cruising.

I've had people fix drone with adjusting the tip back toward the corner of the truck on slightly extending it. Mostly dodge guys there's no fixing a common rail drone I can tell you that
