Lly will not prime

I noticed a couple times I tried to start it it was having a rough time starting . Now it won’t start at all . I tried replacing fuel filter and housing and still it won’t prime at all . No codes . I looked at all the returns and no sign of a leak . I’m at a loss. Any ideas ?

Live in the rust belt? You're still getting air in the system. Could be rust in the fittings of the frame fuel lines, or a collapsed rubber hose from frame to engine. Going to have to pressurize the fuel system slightly to find any leak.

If you put air to the tank and no fuel or air came out of the bleeder then you have a clog in the line of a collapsed draw tube. 10-15 psi max.
Take off the suction line to the filter head, put your thumb over it, and cycle the primer. If it vacuums, then you've got a supply line problem. If it doesn't the primer went south or you've got a filter leak.
