LLY to LMM

Have a LLY that needs head gaskets. Have a line on a LMM longblock. How easy/difficult will the swap be? Im not worried about it from a power standpoint more along the lines of ease and how quickly it could be done or how much I will have to change.

Some of the parts to change:

reluctor wheel
cam and crank sensors
intake runners and y bridge( stock turbo)
fuel rails and lines( or extend frps wires)
lower rad hose expanded to fit water pump

Egr system aswell. If deleted you will still need to work on the coolent lines.
