I am trying hard, but having issues with flashing a 2005 LLY K2500 truck (trying to license it using the Program PCM calibrations flash). I have pulled the standard 4 fuses in the underhood fuse box (TBC Batt, TBC Ignition, Info, Radio), but not luck. Then tried again with pulling those 4, plus the Radio Amp, and the Brake one (think that is the ABS fuse) in the Instrument panel fuse box. While in the instrument panel fuse box, I also pulled the three fuses that mentioned TBC (truck body controller which I believe is basically, the BCM). Still same issue - Flashscan could initialize, and load the boot loader, but when it went to detect the ECM, it said PCM not detected.

Short of pulling ever F'n fuse in this thing, what am I missing? Some one said make sure the ABS is pulled, which I believe is the Brake fuse in the instrument panel fuse box. Do I also need to pull the 60 amp fuse in the underhood fuse box too?

This truck does have some aftermarket stuff (blue tooth, cell phone crap), but when you pull the radio fuse, those are no longer powered. There is also a Prodigy trailer brake module .... but it shouldn't be on the data link bus ???? If it was, anyone know which fuse that would be???

A few other things I have tried are checking the Try Alt Keys and using the low speed mode. In fact, these are the settings that I start out with when trying to flash.

Oh, and yes, I can read the ECM no problems. I originally read this truck using BBR ... no issues. And then checked again using the pass thru with V7 tune software ... again, no issues. Even after successfully reading it with the tune tool, went back to try and flash it ... no dice.

BTW - here's the output from trying to flash
