I have an 05 and have been chasing a ghost the past couple of months. At idle it would sometimes run rough with the fuel pressure jumping all around. It’s gotten worse the last week or so. I can now see my fuel pressure jumping around going down the road but I don’t feel the rough running at speed. I have a lift pump installed if that makes a difference. Any ideas of where to start diagnosing? Picture/video of monitor to come

Is the regulator repairable or just replace? Injectors have 260 on them so that wouldn’t surprise me

I replaced the fpr on mine for the same issue. Completely resolved it.

Erratic Idle and or rough Idle
I had a similar problem 05 LLY and replace the FPR.
stopped the erratic up and down idle but never fixed the rough idle. I have new Doc Sadler Twister Injectors and a new CP6 flow matched injector pump and Kory Willis tuner. Runs like a raped gorilla but has a rough idle just when you touch the accelerator with you toe. Can't figure it out.
