LLY: LLY HG torq spec

Just getting ready to put back together , using LML gaskets and stock head bolts , what are the current torq specs for the bolts ? big ones and the four small ones ? this seems to have changed a few times , and is there a trick to setting the valve lash ? is the lash still 11 -12 thou, on both ? and what is the rocker shaft torq ?

most set them to 11 thousanths

ok , thanks , was asking for my Dad , he just oils the bolt heads , then installs
