So my lly needs injectors, so I'm saving money to buy them. I will be honest that I'm not a diesel fan after knowing I have to buy 3k worth of injectors for my 1st diesel with 220k miles. Had gas trucks before this and never had an issue. So last week my dic says low coolent. So I put just a little bit in it. I read about hard upper hose and sure enough yesterday I checked mine about 1 he after getting home and it's pretty stiff. So 12 hrs later I leave for work and it's still stiff. I opened the cap and it released a little pressure. so are hg bad as well. No way do I want to scrape up money for that to. But I also don't want to be in debt for another truck when this one will be paid for in 5 months. Diesel prices are stupid high so I know I won't pay for another. Considering back to a gasser but will miss the power when towing, which I do all racing season. Maybe a bad cap or something?
