LLY: Lly egr delete

So everything should be here tomorrow to do my egr delete on my lly. I've got a profab delete tube and I have a lly up-pipe with the egr riser cut and a fitting for my pyro probe welded in. What I'm wondering is would it be easier if I left my up-pipe in and cut and weld a fitting in it without removing it from the truck. Save the headache from removing front pipe, downpipe and up-pipe. What's ur guys' thoughts?

Just pull it out its not a lb7 the down pipe isnt that hard to get out of the way:thumb:

Ya ive pulled the downpipe before. Just didn't know if I could save some hassle.

I think is would be alot harder trying to cut in weld with it still connected vs just removing the few bolts that holds it in and popping it out!
