lly cuts out in higher gears, turbo makes weird noise help

So I have an lly with a big tune on it and it was running great and then all of a sudden the turbo started making a weird noise almost like a siren and it seems to take longer to spool but still makes good power. What could cause this?

Leaking exhaust manifold gaskets can make a high pitched scream as well.

Leaking exhaust manifold gaskets can make a high pitched scream as well.

I blew the gasket between my header and uppipe and it made a horrible screaming noise. Turn the truck to the hottest tune and have someone rev it in park while you look under the hood for any signs of smoke.
