LLY Boost to high?

I am new to EFI and did the 20-20 tow tune on here. I turned egr off and at changed the idle so it rumbles. I would like to know what tables i need to change to adjust max boost. At WOT i am hitting 35 psi and while crusing at 65 mph i am at 5 psi. Any help would be great, Thanks
