Looking at a 05 4500 Chevy truck with a LLY is there any thing to look out for on this engine or any major problems on this year

Good engine made better with a LBZ or similar mouth piece. Some people have had overheating issues when towing heavy but that seems few and far inbetween. If its a good deal I would say go for it, if its just fair market value and you could pick up an 06-07 for a little more I would go that route for the 6sp alone....
It's going to be used as a work truck and used to pull he backhoe around and it's a big truck a 4500 it has a big radiator so I hope it stays cool. They want 22 thousand with 93000 on it
