Just get the codes read with a tech 2 or high end scanner (snap on solus is what i have) That will tell you. You only have one impact sensor under the radiator, in the middle.

Im not sure on that, but the 2003 trucks are the only ones that have 2 impact sensors. Left and right. Im not sure why. And im not sure if they are any different because of that.

Well I tried a Diablo sport tuner and it showed no codes. Is it because those tuners aren't as in depth as an tech2 or does no codes mean a potential different issue?

It has to be a Tech II or a high end Snap On or equivalent scanner to read the codes out of the air bag module. If you run it by a dealership sometimes they'll just scan the codes for free.

Dealerships around me tend to want to charge for anything, no matter how small. I wouldn't be surprised if they charged $50 to do that. Maybe I'll try a local mechanic.

O'Reilly has them. According to them there's 3 possibilities and you'll have to get the number off yours so they get the right one. I believe it was around $90 for me
