LLY 90 hp tune

New to efi live..could someone tell me about what to change to create a tune for an lly duramax thats around 90 hp, with decent egts and decent fuel mileage? stock tranny also so dont want anything that will put in limp mode.

There are plenty of vendors on the site that offer tunes to purchase. I don't know of any for free?

Well not really looking for a free tune, and not looking to purchase one, i want to do it myself, just need advice on what to change, and what not to mess with. I have always used hp tuners on gas engines and a duramax or two but the two are nothing alike and just need someone to kinda show me the ropes on writing the tune that i need.
