I recently bought an 04 GMC 2500 HD with an LB7. It has 259,000 miles on it. I start it up and let it run a few minutes and a small amount I white smoke is coming out of exhaust. I go drive and it goes away. I stop and idle for a bit and it comes back. Could this mean possible injector replacing. It idles smooth and black smoke under wot. Haven't put any fuel additive in this half tank I put in it a day ago.

Mine does the white smoke thingy too. Also comes out of the breather tube under the hood. From reading lots of posts here it seems normal and the only way to know if it is injectors is to have the balance rates checked.
