are you guys using plain old milk tube? or a braided SS line. I have melted my milk tube LOL and the only SS lines are -3an or -4an.

TX of course
Milk tube and mine even fell down onto the stock turbos heat shield and its ok. It was inside some conduit though. How do you have it routed through the engine compartment and where is it melting?

I use heater hose then swap to the white plastic shit right before it makes it's way through the firewall.

WTF is milktube and why are you guys still using those style of gauges? Electric are WAY better, cleaner looking on install, and alot easier to fix wires than hose. Hose is so pre-21st century!:D

Spend the extra $30......

I bought the kit from autometer with the braided line and the adapters to get it back to plastic under the dash to the gauge itself. About 30 bucks or so, looks cleaner and easier to work with under the hood.
