I was going to start playing around with a tune file that I d/l'd from the place repository. I went to file-->open and a list of files came up. I was going to open the 2003 LB7 but I saw it showed the vin #.... I guess what I'm saying is, will I lose a license by opening/using this tune?
I have not even d/l'd my stock tune as my truck is in pieces.... I just want to start tooling around a little....

You don't use/lose a license until you actually reflash the ECM or TCM...

:yup: you will know when you are using a licence because it will ask you if your sure you want to do this...oh ya i sure do

Also you can scan and clear codes of vehicles and this also dosnt cost a licence and read the ECM or TCM free! of any supported vehicle


do you know what op system you are by chance?

:dontknow: How do you find your OS? From what I can tell, I need to get that from my ECM, I havnt even hooked the scantool up to the truck yet. Its been down a couple of months and I got EFI since its been down.

As for being ready to roll, I was hoping by this week but after talking to them yesterday they were just getting ready to start putting the motor back together. Heads and turbo should be there tomorrow or Monday so hopefully by the end of next week!

Turbo as far as I know will arrive on Monday Sorry for the delay

It's ok Kat. I know it'll be worth the wait! Honestly, as bad as the roads have been around here lately, I dont care if it stays there another 2 weeks! Plus, the heads have been the holdup up to this point....They havnt even gotten to the turbo yet! I am ready to have it back though....its been a long 2 months!
