As the title says post some pictures of how you relocated ur battery for twin chargers. pics of the way you mounted it in the bed would be great. Im thinking of putting the battery in the bed and fabbing up a aluminum box for it or something?

That mounting kit looks like the same one that came in my mpi compound kit. U can have it if u want. I made a box and painted it and it sits in front of the wheel hump on passenger side of the bed. I also have the bed rug so that kinda helps it look alittle better in there. Didn't like the idea of a battery on the frame where salt could get to it.

Rear passenger seat. There is one of the stock battery hold downs on the backside of the battery. There were actually 2 red tops back there but I stole one and put it in my colorado.

Arneson i really appreciate the offer i might have to take you up on that! Let me decide if i want to mount it there or in the bed. I dont drive the truck in the winter so im not worried about the salt so i guess it would be fine on the frame rail. I will pm you when im ready and then send you some $$$ for shipping:thumb:

Ah, shit, forgot about that box lol. :D

My buddy in Colorado had a battery from a semi in the bed of his LB7. Worked pretty good and was in it's own diamond plate box. Kind alike the ones you see on the front of trailers for storage.

No prob. Its not goin anywhere. Lol anyway ill try and get a few pics of what I did so u can see what I have.nothing fancy. Just some stuff I had layin around the shop and thru it together in an hour. Welded and painted. I could prolly fully covered it but this will work for me. I have the same truck as yours. Color and everything. I can try and get a pic of the battery bracket also. To make sure its what u are thinkin.

I mounted mine in the bed in the passenger corner between my stacks and bed side. Had my buddy fab up a diamond plate cover. It looks really good but you will have to take my word for it since I dont currently have a pic lol.

Yea I heard people have had good luck with the frame deal. I however own a landscaping company and have many dump trucks. All which have battery on the frames and I have issues with corrosion on all of them. 5 total. 3 being 07 and newer. But I also do snow removal and am in salt and bad roads more often then most. Didn't wanna take a chance. All I haul in my bed is hunting/fishing gear and occasionally a few big bucks.:D
