I bought a used autometer cobalt pyrometer and I cannot get it to seal. This is the fitting with the set screw but no matter the depth of the probe it still leaks past. I think I remember seeing other threads in which people have found different couplers for the probe?

Mine always leaked with the cobalt too. I didn't mind it. When mine broke on removal I bought another style
