Leaking trans lines??

Had the lines replaced at 36k and now at 103k they are starting to leak. So I am wanting to build my own out of AN hardware as I have the mandrels (aircraft mechanic) but don't know the size I need at the cooler and trans. Any body have the AN p/n so I can order? I have lots of different high press line and a pressure tester since we build all our own for our acft and certify to 4500psi. Thanks....

Skip the headache and buy the HD lines from alligator performance. Lifetime warranty. They are beeefy as hell you won't regret it.

I have AN816-10D fittings but pictures from other threads elsewhere show a shorter AN fitting.. question will this fitting work it is 1 7/8 long or will it bottom out. uploadfromtaptalk1411439423533.jpg
