OP I think you have two different issues here. You need to thoroughly clean the oil off and find out where it is coming from. As well as drain the oil pan and see if the oil that is left is fuel diluted or not

If it's fuel diluted it's an injector and if it's just leaking oil just a crank or water pump seal?

If it's fuel diluted, it's probably an injector that has caused the crankcase to be overfilled which is making it dump an oil/fuel mixture out the crankcase breather tube right next to the balancer. From what you've posted, that's what it sounds like to me.

I would agree. Pull the dipstick again and double check. It could be so diluted with fuel that it looks like there is nothing on it.

The oil is coming straight from under the crank balancer pulley, the overflow is the tube to the left of the pulley in picture right

the way you describe says crank seal, which is possible. the tube to the left is not an overflow tube its a crankcase breather tube, just crankcase gasses should be coming out but it does get a little covered in oil residue over the years.

I pulled about 4 gallons of diesel oil out of truck, so I do believe josh is right about the injectors, so I geuss I gotta get more oil and hook up the efi live to see which injectors are screwed

Sounds like a cracked injector check the holder on the injector line at the injector. I had one come loose the line will come loose and leak a lot of fuel
