Maybe its been covered before but I couldn't find anything on it. I have an 07 Classic LBZ, I recently purchased a MBRP Passenger side intercooler pipe but when I went to install it I came to find that the factory one is the same style as an LMM. Has this happened to anyone else or am I just the odd ball like usual :roflmao:

07.5-08 are pretty much identical but the 09-10 are a little different but not much. Also the LMMs have the air intake valve on the bottom side of the cast intercooler pipe

There is no "intercooler pipe" on an LBZ or LMM. They have a couple of plastic quick connect elbows with a boot between them that connects the intercooler to the cast aluminum intake pipe on the engine. The only thing you can do to upgrade that is get an EGR delete pipe. There are several people who make/sell them.

Ok, I didn't realize that on the lbz. That is all I have on mine is the quick connect elbows. Im planning on the egr delete just haven't yet. For some reason I just thought that the lbz had the regular pipe like the lly's.

It's confusing because AFE shows a kit that fits 06 trucks and includes a passenger's side intercooler tube.
