lbz throwing codes P0700 and P2155

Could anyone tell me what these two codes mean? I read them off my Insight and looked them up, and from what I understand I need a scan tool to fully read the tcm code (P0700). I am just wondering if anyone could tell me what could be wrong or take a guess.

po700 is just the tcm telling the ecm there is something wrong. the edge cs/cts will not read trans codes. is it in limp mode?

Im not sure I never got over 35 on the way home, it seemed to shift just fine up to 3rd or 4th, whichever it was in. Although I guess if it made it to 4th it wouldn't be in limp mode would it?

Depends, but from my experience it won't shift past fourth gear

It limped when the codes were thrown, cleared the codes and it hasn't limped since
