Going to put this in Repower/Transplant. Hopefully rfletes or rpmmotorsports see it and chime in for you.

Just to clarify, is this for a lbz swap into lly/lb7 or can you stick a lbz pedal in an lly? I've always like the plastic pedal better.

The LBZ pedal is very different from the LLY (and I assume LB7) pedal. A LLY pedal will not work for a LBZ, so i would assume the opposite is true.

Its similar, but smaller - your picture is from LMM connector. I am looking for LBZ. Here are pins 1-6, LMM connector has A-F.

You have right. To explain a bit, I'm doing a swap LBZ engine as stand alone to Nissan Patrol with manual gearbox. I recieved my modificated LBZ harness. I suppose, that originally is wire from connector (which looks like LLY or LB7) to pedal in LBZ connector. But I havent it... So I decided make a new wire myself. In enclosure is downloaded photo, what I need.

In your first picture you show the C105 connector, it basically is just an interface connector for the extension harness that goes to the pedal, most that are doing stand alone swaps just eliminate that connector and wire direct from the ECM to the pedal connector.

That is what ProDemand gave me for an LBZ. I'm guessing that is the inline connector pinout that plugs in outside the firewall rather than the connector on the pedal itself. Here is the pinout for that one.

Depending on how many miles on the duramax there's a few jobs to do on it while it's out and easy to work on you might consider. For sure while you have the flexplate off the back, replace the rear main seal. If it has more than 125k waterpump and front main seal as well. If it ran with the egr system in place for more than 75k miles pull the intake bridge and clean it out, it will be gummed up pretty bad..

Ok, thanks, I ll check it. What type of tool for engine removal do you use? Anywhere I did not find the engine mounting when I got out of the car. Can I use exhaust manifolds?

I remove the alternator and a/c compressor and use those mounts, I only move it with the trans still on so you'll have to sort out the rear connection.

I'd ditch that stock intake manifold/heater assy and just use one of the aftermarket EGR delete intake tubes, you'll probably have to customize the connection to the intercooler anyways so you're going to want something that's easy to modify.

I'm gonna do a new suction line, I just left it for the engine test. EGR delete is already done.
