Help: lbz p0045 laggy turbo

the truck has sdp twins on it, and the stock charger started not making any boost and all the truck does is smoke until the big charger lights. took the stock turbo off, split it apart, cleaned the unison ring and fingers(that werent stuck), put a new actuator in the turbo and new sensor on top. still getting p0045 and is still laggy. no shaft play, no oil in housing, turbo looked perfect while apart. any suggestions? and its not the tuning because it was fine for a long time. thanks

Connection problem at the main engine harness bail connectors maybe? Can you log it to see if it is commanding VP to actual

gonna try and log tomorrow, dont know why it would be fine for a long time then all of a sudden start acting stupid if it was at the bail connectors. i will check them though. anything at this point is possible. i read somewhere that there is a relearn process for a new vps? is that accurate or no?
