Lbz loud injectors

So I had my truck tuned, and when it's cold the injectors are noisy in every tune, once it's warm they sound normal in the stock tune, but in each bigger tune they get louder. It drives me nuts, any ideas why it'd do that? When at operating temp my balance rates are great, when it's cold I have 3 that +-2

In my experience (mainly cat engines), cold start injector noise is typically the first indication of unhappy injectors. If I understand correctly that with a tune they never really get quiet, I would bet that your days are numbered with those injectors. How long? It's impossible to tell.

The timing changes will affect how the injector sounds.

It's typical if the motor is cold and commanding more fuel than stock

You need to have you cold timing and fuel pressure tables adjust. A little nosier is normal for a diesel, but it shouldn't be a lot.
