lbz leaking coolant out of overflow

Took reservoir cap off and looked while it was running didnt see no bubbles in coolant. Took driver side upper radiator hose and can squeeze it with my fingers and it will push coolant out of reservoir. ANY idea whats causing this to happen? I thought headgasket but not since i can squeeze radiator hose and since there was no bubbles in coolant..

does she get hot at all? Maybe thermostats need to be replaced?

no does not get hot. runs about 185 degrees.. i don't understand it at all. truck has 90k miles.

the hose test need to be done when the engine is cool like the day after driving it. dont release the pressure and the next day squeeze thr hose.

Yeah thats weird. but if im not mistaken there is 2 thermostats in there and maybe ones not opening all the way? Not sure either that or that cap could be bad on the bottle?

So wait, your squeezing the upper rad hose with the over flow cap off and your wondering why its pushing coolant out of it with no cap on?

Are you sure it's coming out of the over flow bottle or it looks like it? Mine would have antifreeze push out once and a while too thought it was the over flow changed the cap ended up being a pin hole in a hose that was rubbing on a clamp.

X2^^^^^^^ just did this over winter. Thought i had pressure, ended up being a crack on a hose where the clamp was right off tank.

i will check hose where it comes off reservoir. But yes i sure it comes out of the overflow hose. last night and today it has not though. But line on the bottom of reservoir where the metal clamp is, its damp so maybe there is a hole there.

well if you are pushing coolant out by squeezing the hose i'd say you got her a little full.
