I have a lbz with a built trans, fass 150 Ppe rail plug and rail fitting and just finished installing a sdp twin kit s475/stock. I had rail issues before and it's a high mileage truck so I went ahead and did a new fleece cp3k. I got robs tuning and on the big tune it's still sucking the rail down. It throws the p0087 Code around 90mph on a 4 wheel launch. The smaller tunes hold 26k fine it's just the big tune. I'm guessing it's the return rates on the injectors but just want to see if there's anything else to check without spending 4K on a set of exergys. I want 45 overs eventually but they weren't in the budget now, I was really hoping the new cp3k would take care of the rail pressure. Any advice?

Check the supply and return lines next to and down the firewall for any soft spots or kinking/collapsing.
