07 classic 3500 auto with LBZ. 240k all stock, other than downpipe back Mbrp exhaust. Had no issues up until it sat for a few months low on fuel. Started it up and now has a "reduced engine power" message on the dash that won't clear. No CEL and throttle is very unresponsive which I'm sure is due to the derate. Has a brand new air/fuel filter, all fluids are good. Any ideas? Batteries have been disconnected over night and still does this with KOEO, don't even have to start it. Starts great.

Thanks

New filter, you would think with wiring or a faulty pedal that it would pop a CEL of its smart enough to derate. However unplugging the pedal doesn't set a code and will idle at 1k unless the brake pedal is pushed.

No CEL doesn't mean no codes. Did you try to read codes?

Have you verified the accelerator pedal position sensor is operating correctly? You're going to need a scan tool of some sort that can look at engine data to get this figured out.
