LBZ Allison into a LLY truck

Would a 07 Classic LBZ Allison go into a 05 LLY? A friend of mine flipped his LBZ and got a LLY now, he bought the truck back, wondering what it would take to do the swap if possible.

The '07 trans will bolt right up to the '05 and it will work as a 5 speed. You will need to change the valve body, internal linkage and harness and use the NSBU switch off the '05.

Yep, buy a suncoast 6 speed conversion TCM. Or swap ALL of the LBZ electronics & wiring...
