LB7: Lb7 won't tune.

I just tried to tune a 2002 lb7 duramax and after pulling the stock tune it showed me that the controller serial wasn't showing and wouldn't let me tune it because of it. Any ideas? When I try my truck it works fine just not his, and I tuned another lb7 and Lbz few days ago just fine.

Idk I've seen one other lb7 that had something like this but it was from the dealership reflashing it and it showed a messed up vin number and and BBC

I can flash it with my workshop stream, it does not care what the ecm serial number is.

I'm having the problem. I have pulled the stock tune out, but can not put a a new tune in. I have pulled every fuse, disconnected my remote start and nothing. I have tried 2different laptops, same V2, Don't know what else to do.
