LB7 with 40 engine codes

Truck started running rough and blowing white smoke that reeked like diesel. Had the injectors changed and egr delete but the problem still persists. The engine light never came on but there are 40 engine codes on it. Previous owner had a Quadzilla Stealth 2 on it which i got rid of. Here is a list of all the codes, if someone could point me in a direction that would be great.

Clear codes and re check,possible bail connector issue with all that going on

Like said above check the bale connectors and possibly the ecm connection. Also look at your grounds, if they are bad the truck will code like that.

You removed the Quadzilla Stealth 2 that presumably allowed you to operate with no EGR. Is that tune still in the truck? If not what tune is now in the truck?

If batteries were hooked up when bail connectors were separated to do injector job that's most likely where your codes came from.Truck's still running rough blowing smoke is prob a hard part failure but clear coded and re check.Ballance rates?

Cleared codes and drove it a half mile, same codes popped back up along with all 8 cylinder misfire codes

It was already removed, stock tune is what's on it now.

Cleared the codes but they came back, balance rates are within spec.

Truck fires right up every time and idles perfectly, so I don't think the timing is 180 out.

Mine ran,fired right up as well but white smoke/ raw fuel and and ran like shit as well once i started driving.We're you into valve train at all?

Never got into valve train or timing, it just randomly did this when going down the highway. Took it to a shop and they told me injectors. Then it sat in the shop for 6 months because they couldn't figure it out after the new injectors didn't fix it.

Check wiring harness under drivers wheel well coming out of ecm for rub through.

They couldn't figure it out in 6 months?Did you use genuine Bosch remains or a set from a less reputable vendor?

I checked the ecm loom where you suggested and nothing rubbed, we used genuine Bosch for all 8

Just out of curiosity did you check for blow by?Any chance you have pushed in pins in bail connectors?Strange symptoms for sure

I'll check the bail connectors, truck has no blow by. Could the ecu or ecm be goin out? Seems to not be able to communicate with any of the other modules. Now it says service 4wd, seems everything is failing.

Sounds like a canbus or grounding issue to me.

How did you "delete" the EGR? Did you use the old-school fingerstick and blocker plate? Or was the stock tuning changed to reflect it?
