I am having trouble with a lb7 that has twins over stock it has a stock fuel system except for a lbz reg the truck is tuned by me and has run fine for months it has good manners, and make decent power the problems started when it got cold out. The Problem seems to be fuel pressure related. The truck will smoke white at idle and anytime when your off the throttle. When logging the truck the fuel rail pressure will not follow the demanded it "hangs" like if it demands 5,6,7k it will hang at 12,13k then when the truck idles and demands 5k it will come no lower then 8,9k sometimes it will stay up to 13k the truck does NOT do this with a stock tune. The truck has been tuned since may with no problems this all started as the outside temp went down... any input would be great

If It doesn't do it with a stock tune then you already know where the problem is....

Since you have tuned it yourself I would suggest you start by going through your tune and comparing things in your tune to a stock tune. Maybe try puting one table at a time back to stock until it cures the issue. Ill bet by the time you have found the problem you will have learned a lot about tuning...;)

Fuel temp, winter fuel vs summer fuel, etc.
