LB7 to LLY head swap Things you didn't know before...

For the people that have done this. After doing the swap and driving the truck around is there anything you noticed or had an issue with?

I've done the whole engine swap to a LLY with LB7 electronics. takes quite a little bit of tune tweeking to make them run right and sound right.
I've kept in touch with the customer I did this for now for 18 months and he loves it. He just recently went to Mike L for a built trans after his pump seal started leaking so now he has a built trans. He said when he makes it up to eastern Oregon next time to see his brother he want sit turned up some more now that he has the built trans

With the right tune or harness it's easy. Runs great. Whole motor swap is much easier then a top end swap.

also its much easier if its an 03+. I did an 02 and built the harnesses.
