We were talking mildy built. It held 475ish rwhp for over 300k so it did pretty good till it pushed an injector cup and got water in oil. Thinking lbz rods, (carillo if he can afford them) Keyed crank, cam, oil pump, cut mahle pistons, head studs, and maybe main studs. He is wanting a reliable DDer with 500-575 rwhp. From all the reading I have done seems lbz rods would work.

We have a extra set of LBZ rods that we can sell you or have a great price on Carrillo rods and and make a nice package on pistons gaskets and everything you need. Not sure were you located at but we can also have all your machine work done for you.

Thanks
Henry

Henry, I'm not in a hurry for this. It will be a while before I have time. I just want to get all my ducks in a row. I'm in the panhandle of W Texas.

Do you think with 300k it won't need an overbore? I'm very curious to see what the stockers look like with these miles and this much abuse.

Thanks for your time Henry. One thing I forgot to ask you was if that price included a new oil pump.
