04 6.6 Duramax, 184k miles on a stock turbo, what is the average life span of a stock turbo. I have do not currently have a turbo saver on my truck. Any recomendations would be helpful.

Any tuning or other mods? If the truck is stock the turbo should last as long as the engine barring any other issues, IMO.

I have been runing a Hypertech for the last 127k, bankes exhaust from the turbo out. Hypertech set on 90 hp increase.

I just rebuilt a motor with 326k on the clock and it still had the factory turbo on it. Turbo was still in good shape but we put a new one on it for piece of mind.
