Lb7 No Start/No Fuel Problem

I have a 2004 LB7 that I replaced the fuel injectors (white smoke and fuel in oil) and added a Fass system to and now cannot get it to start. The fuel pressure will not build up enough to even fire the injectors. I removed the fuel line from the cp3 to the fuel block and am not getting hardly any fuel out, just dribbles when spinning it over with bubbles in it. With the key on I can hear the Fass pump running and returning fuel. I have plenty of fuel coming into the cp3 on the supply hose. Do I just have bad luck and the cp3 has took a dump or am I missing something? I would think I should have fuel spraying everywhere spinning the engine over and with the ignition on, the fass pump should push fuel through the cp3 and out the high outlet as well...

Can u log rail pressure? Or try unplugging the cp3, it would max out cp3 pressure.

You really could use some fittings to block the high pressure outlet from the pump and log cranking pressures to see if it will build pressure or not. I don't think testing it like you have will work.

If I block the high pressure port on the pump how would I read the pressures? The sensor is in the rail or the block isn't it?

Been a while but I got it going. Replaced the cp3 with a reman from Pensacola diesel and it fired right up.
