hi i have a 2002 lb7 that i have had for 3 years, but it has never ran right with chips so i finally decieded to look into my problem i have a cold air 5in with 6in stacks, ppe lift pump and pickup and also a cp3 to filter line kit. the problem is it has never wanted to pull topend and DOES NOT SMOKE! so today i hooked it up to a tech2 and think i have found the problem. when i hooked it up my desired rail pressure was 21000 and my rail pressure is actually 8000 so i did some calling and someone told me you can shim a regulator or something or plug the y iam not very fimilar with diesels always been i gas guy. so i was wanting to know what that was and if that could help the truck starts fine no problems there but just at a loss the chip i have is a ppe hot plus 2 et
