Okay guys I need your help. Yesterday I was hauling a tractor total weight about 10k, realized engine temp was rising, so I pulled over. It got to just about the red. I let it cool to below 210 and my buddy came and grabbed the trailer. Once I started it back up it was knocking, not terrible but I could tell it sounded a little tougher then usual. I drove maybe 10 miles until I got home. Checked the oil and nothing on the dip stick. Added 3 quarts and got it to the bottom of the dip stick. Didn't loose any coolant. So this morning I go out and check the oil and it's full as well as coolant. So I changed oil and filter just to see what it looked like and it was normal. It still has a slight knock. The truck has duel cp3 45 over nozzles and a remote mount 466. I did a compression test and all cylinders are between 300-310. I know the number is just a balance reference but is that low? Maybe bent a rod? Was was on my stovk tune while towing and it overheated because my electric fans blew a fuse. Possibly a fuel knock? Just need whatever help you guys can give me.
Thanks
Adam

Just an update, I had a little time to mess with it and found a small fuel leak in the passenger side rail on the front fitting. It was loose so I had the wIting harness disconnected for a day or so because I didn't have enough time to finish. Tightened the fitting started the truck and no knock. So today I go out to mess with it a little more just to make sure and it has a knock as well as a lope as the Rpms drop after revving it a bit. So I'm thinking since I have a remote mount charger, I wonder if I possibly got the ficm too hot? Has anyone ever had an issue like this?
