Lb7 injector test help

So I did a injector install on a customers truck and I'm getting a heavy miss between 1500-1700 rpm's with lots of white smoke "raw fuel" so I sent them back to be tested and was told they all passed, so I put them back in same problem, checked balance rates when warm and the highest was 0.4, rail pressure checks good, this truck idles good and smooth but when you increase rpm's to 1500-1700 it will smoke the shop out.
This is the test sheets I was sent, if there is anyone on here that could give me some input it would be great.

Pull the crank sensor and make sure the tone wheel isn't loose on the crank. I'll bet it is

Good idea, ill give that a check but this wasn't a issue until these new injectors have been installed.

Are you sure the truck has a tune in it for stock injectors?

Are you sure you didn't cross up any of the injector connectors?

Check for bent or damaged pins in the big bale connectors, and the ficm connectors.

Where did the replacement injectors come from?

No nothing crossed and that would have a more consistent issue, bale connectors look good, I tried a test ficm with no change, at idle you wouldn't think a thing is wrong, no injector codes the only code I have is the egr code because its deleted.
I don't want to put the company out there yet, they are Bosch remans and I have used this company at least 6 times before with no issues

Going off memory here but I believe there is a vacuum operated butterfly on the y bridge for the cali trucks. I believe it is vacuum closed. Could be you got some vacuum lines crossed and it is trying to close at part throttle, cutting air to the engine

There is a vacuum butterfly valve but it's only for the egr and it's normally closed.

Mine popped and missed on my LLY only on the stock tune between 24-2700 RPM's at part throttle, I never figured it out until I put a new motor in.

Could it be a fluke solenoid in one of the injectors?

Yes installed the old injectors and the issue stopped, that's why im asking if anyone that has experience with these flow sheets can see a issue that maybe they are saying is good but its not, the company has the argument that if they pass there tests its install error or other engine issues.

If the old injectors don't do it, but the "un-named" company in question remans do, you have your answer. I don't care what those flow sheets say, they could have made them up. They look like jibberish to me to be honest. I would say your better off wiping your ass with them then trying to read them.

Buy good injectors or suffer the consequences. I don't how much you saved on these, but it wasn't worth it.....

For $800 a set, what do you expect? Your sheet says injectors direct which sells the cheapest of the cheap lb7 remans. Looking at the sheets, they don't make much sense, but all I see is a rpm test at a few low rpm runs at 35 and 140 mpa, and results that make little to no sense.

I didn't even read that, injectors direct are a joke at best.

OP cut your losses and get a good set, 800 bucks is what old junk cores cost.
