I personally recommend tracking down your local Snap-on dealer and snagging either the 6-point (FRHM19) or 12-point (ANM19) crowfoot flare nut wrench. If the nuts are already rounded you may have to get more creative, but the crowfoot should keep it from happening to the rest.
You can also get the Snap-on flare nut socket (FRXM19), but I believe it is only available in 6-point, so it may not fit if you've rounded the nut significantly. Also, I believe the FRXM19 is spendy, even by Snap-on standards (you can get both crowfoot wrenches for the price of one socket).
Worst case, you can cut the tube and use a standard socket or the boxed end of a 19mm wrench. You're going to be replacing the lines anyway, right? :thumb:
