this post is probably really late but... here it goes anyway the IAT sensor is in with the maf sensor (first sensor in the intake after the air box) I had the same code, I pulled the maf sensor. It was oddly enough dusty (it shouldn't be). I bought some carb and choke cleaner and liberally sprayed the tiny elements to refurbished sheen, dry with compressed air and reinstalled. Figured, whats the worst that could happen? i would have to buy a new sensor, had to buy one anyway! why not!?
I had to leave it to dry over night engine mil lamp went out on its own next day. anyway seems to fix the problem for now, not sure on the reliability but i guees we will find out!
