I'm doing a friends injectors and upon pulling fuel lines the hard lines are full of rust and debris. Friend doesn't want to pony up the cash for new lines but if I install they on new injectors I think its going to ruin them right away. So looking for a few options to possibly clean the lines up or what has worked for others. These are what four of the injectors looked like.

Can give them a good soaking in CLR and rinse. I would do a couple runs with that method, and see if it will work. Also have any excess to a media blaster or a ultra-sonic cleaner?

CLR method works great! let them soak for about 24 hrs, blow out with air and clean with parts cleaner dry and coat with oil on the outside to prevent rust.

Soak them in a rust remover for a couple days and they look brand new when taken out.I just did mine and they came from a salt truck so u can imagine what they looked like.now there polished.I have used 2 kinds,1 is evaporust and the other is metal rescue both are equally good.
