02 lb7, New injectors as of about 15k ago. 180k on truck. Problem the other day I fueled up, a few miles later it started knocking and sounded like it was missing. Return rates were off on three cylinders, low fuel rail pressure. I have a hard time thinking three injectors just started to act up at once. I replaced fuel filter and ran injector cleaner right from the lines to filter. It seemed to help with the surge A little and the knock seemed to get a little quieter but still there. I'm going to run more through it but I also saw ait bubble randomly come from. The return line while running the juice through it maybe just air from me swapping lines but I dont know. Could it be a cp3 acting up causing all of this? What is a recommendation on where to start?
Knock, low fuel pressure, slight surge, rough idle, no smoke?

I mean not 100 percent. But wouldn't water show up when I drained the filter? And wouldn't it have straightened up whe I ran the injector cleaner through the disconnected lines? I did wondered that too but the fuel smells like deisel and I got no big signs of a lot of water in the tank. I checked to see if anyone reported any bad fuel from sheetz after this happened but no reports...
So I finally got out there again to run it, its definitely not bad fuel. I took return line and supply from top of motor to filter and ran new fuel through it. It definitely has air coming from the return. Not a lot but I see them. It misses and knocks still but every few seconds or minute it idles fine but still knocks. And if I put it in gear it starts to idle better, again still knocking but it seems with a small load it runs less rough. I took a few videos not sure if I can load them but I can try. Not too good with the computer shit.
