Nothing like a white surgically clean area to assemble your pistons...
Why does this stuff make most women mad? LOL.

Somewhere around 12:1. It's a 402BBC. Just removed them to flycut for more valve clearance. Never remeasured the volume after cutting.

I cannot wait to see what drums of race fuel costs this year for my 6mpg street car.

880hp in a 2500lb car should be fun. Will it see any street use?

Gotta love superchargers... They make some power.

AV gas is even $5 here & the car is not real happy on that anyway, but it works in a pinch.

Yes it is all bolted in now. I only got to work on it 2 days in the last 2 months due to other projects but at least there is progress. I'm already doubting it will move under its own power this year....

The bed is still a hostage at the body shop & I need it on the frame to build the exhaust.

Fitting the '05 heater box under the old dash... kind of regretting the decision to not reuse the old stuff. It is way bigger than the old dash.

Currently mounting the intercooler, AC, & '05 radiator on the support. This will be rather easy.

Ah... good times!

"EEEKKKKK!!! WHAT'S THIS IN MY DISHWASHER!!???"

"That's an H1 Kawasaki bike engine, ma."

"SO WHY IS IT IN MY DISHWASHER???"

"Because the first cycle didn't get it all the way clean, so I had to add some carb cleaner and run it again. You need a better dishwasher."

LOL......

They also hate when you bake on engine coatings in their stove & measure/mix paint with their nice glass measuring bowls.
FYI, paint remover cleans them without removing the markings....
