Thanks guys!!! Yea its my first home. Time to quit renting off of mom. A small double wide just isn't cutting it anymore. I wasn't going to buy a place without a garage. The ironic thing about this place is that i used to help mom as a kid clean the home. There was an elderly couple that lived there, and id help her clean, or help the owner mom the yard, or tend his gardens. What sucks about the garage is it's almost to small for my truck. It's just big enough inside that if it was raining I wouldn't get wet. :thumb: The back part will be my man cave with a pool table and my tractors. Anyone is welcome to come over if they ever are in the area. I'll be sure to let ya know when I do get moved in, and also the new pics.

It's better then where I live. A 1 acre building lot is 250-300k and you'd be lucky to even find one. That's looks like a great house and I would be proud to own it.

Nice pick up has room to make that garage what you want that cuts down on grass to cut and big enough to fit truck, cars, tractors, and cave stuff easy with just finding some lumber around you can rip out of an old place. Good luck now get the 6 kids and all going don't forget a couple of hounds.
