Trying to determine the most popular settings so, I thought I would ask for input on your favorite setting.
if you could only have ONE setting from your EFI Live which one would it be.
If this gets enough comments all total all and give ya the numbers

well considering EFI Live is custom tuning software, what exactly are you asking?

do you mean from the options listed as preprogrammed tunes from tuners out there now?

cause i have a single 600rwhp tune that is my MPG tune, street tune, tow tune, and smokeless tune. a DPS5 rolled into one

Did you tune yourself?

Here's where i'm headed. I'm having a bunch of work done on my 17 year old son's 2006 LBZ. For now its going to get a Transgo Jr shift kit.

I think it is a bad plan to start off with a DSP 5 but I want EFILive , the shop said they could give it just one tune for now. They called it their #3 which is an enhance street tune but I did not ask how much HP they would add, it's a couple of weeks out, I said we'll talk some more before it's done.

So, looking for feed back from guys that have it, which one of your 5 selections do you find yourself using the most.

I know they each have a specific purpose, but he does not tow and I don't want to temp him with racing and by all means no coal !

Thanks

If your son is driving it, I'd say a -135 rwhp tune with a 70 mph valet mode. It'll be sweet.

He is so excited about this whole project I'm gonna need to take his phone away while he's at school cause he's txting me during the day. Has 4.0 and is in the top of his class

I would LMAO if I could convince the shop to put a valet tune on it just to go around the block

Good for him! I was a terrible student. Only now do I understand the importance of education. In all seriousness though, I like my 90 hp tune the best on a stock trans truck. In a built transmission truck, I usually keep it on the biggest tune since it usually gets the best mileage.

I don't have an lbz but my dad does. Stock trans with trans go Jr. His lives on his #4 DSP. Which is around 425rwhp if I remember correctly. That's where he gets the best mileage and the truck drives best. My lly lives on the max effort tune.

One person's #3 tune is not another's...just ask whoever this mystery shop is for a decent +100hp tune that gets good mileage and call it a day..

I would do the full tune but, we've had it for 6 months and did injectors, FASS 150, AFE intercooler with pipes, SB CAI, MBRP down pipe, full MBRP exhaust and the new work; exhaust manifolds, shift kit, PCV by-pass, fuel rail port and the fricking head gasket i'll have 13K in it on top of the 19K I paid for it. I don't want buy a transmission this year
