Yes, stock turbo, stock single CP3. Added 30% injectors, and had to bring pulse down to 2300us. I dont understand timing in a diesel enough to play with that yet.
im not sure on the whole efi tuning thing myself yet i just use it for logging but if you ran 3100 it seems like i should be able to turn it up a bit im just not comfortable doing it myself
3100-3200 is about as far as you want to go. The more PW you are running, the more timing it takes. And you reach a point where you can't advance the timing anymore, or you'll be missing the piston bowl, among several other bad things.
PW 3050-3200 Timing 27-32 each truck responds differently to the variables. At 2300 you're surely not close to maximum effort. You are just starting to see a little bit of power.
thanks yea id like to keep the pistions intact but still wish i knew how to turn it up a bit myself instead of payin 50 everytime to have it turned up and test it and its not quite there another 50 for a retune
is anyone good with efi and have a quick second to look at the tune and make sure im not missing something but all my logs have only been about2300..and max 2400
