Just a suggestion from a newbie

Folks, because I'm new to the forum and because I'm new to the diesel world might I suggest that either provide a glossary of terms so newbies can read the posts and understand the terms or not use them at all. I have no idea what, for example, xrb7, tm14, exyz45, uplift (aux fuel pump?), 4" (exhaust pipe diameter?), and so on. Quite frankly, I don't care.

Also, why do you allow advertising to pop up in the forum? If it is a way to pay for the privilge of having a forum why not have a place for advertisers.

The banner ad at the top of the page is supporting vendors. To me popup ads are the type that appear on top of the webpage that you have to close so you can view the wbpage. I doubt that we will see those here.

Trotorx2 is correct in his description of the banner location, in addition each vendor has their banner in their individual forum. If you are getting pop ups its because another site you visited compromised your computer. I would run a scanner on your computer to check for malware etc. We do not have Pop Up adds here and never will.

Trotorx2 is right! Read the "sig" (signature) below a members username and pic before posting to them. Every truck is modded differently and so advice may then be tailored to that member based on how his/her truck is set up.:thumb:
