Changed my sump filter and spin on filter and changed the pan fluid today and tye sump filter is full of nasty shit.
Ok backstory is Mike L built trans in August 2015. Has almost 20k since it was done. I do a spin on filter every 4k or so. Haven't touched the fluid since build because it looked and smelled great.

I'm pretty worried about the junk in the filter

Also Mike... What gives, the sump filter is some POS made in China it's not even an Allison filter

What you see in the pan is clutch shedding. See it all the time with high carbon clutches.
Filter is made by Fltran, a US company. They make great filters. Nothing to worry about.

So the clutch material is normal or abnormal?

It does say that on the filter but in the corner it says made in China, I trust you I just figured you would be using Allison filters.

As for the trans other than what I found in the filter the only issue I've noticed is a clunk when going into reverse when cold, it only ever does it once then it's fine. Also if it sits for a week or more it's sluggish like converter drainback, even if I give it a few mins to warm up which I always do anyway.
Other than that it's been an amazing trans.

Filtran flows better. Clutch material is normal.
